DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:







Understand and integrate business needs with current and future Human Resource/ Business information and metric possibilities.

Develop strategies and plans to leverage Human Resource/Business information and metrics in support of improved business decisions.

Champion and execute change and improvement opportunities.

Develop and lead projects to implement changes and improvements.

Provide in-depth analysis of data and convert the data into stories that support decision making.

Provide general support in reporting, analysis, troubleshooting, training and monitoring HR systems and processes.df-lj More...

Experience

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:





Bachelor’s degree

Three or more years of Human Resources experience

Experience with writing and maintaining queries in HR system

Experience with analyzing HR data and preparing HR metrics

MS Excel proficient

Strong communication skills

Strong team skills

Ability to build and maintain relationships outside and within HR

Ability to train others one-on-one or in large groups

Ability to lead and manage projects





CONSIDERED A PLUS:





Experience with SAP Human Capital Management system



SALARY RANGE: $39,000.00 - $55,000.00
